Looking for a hands on leader that can streamline processes. This role will team up with the CEO, operating partners and board to deliver on the buy & build strategy. High visibility role with a well known lower-middle market PE firm.
Responsibilities
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
Bachelors in Finance or Accounting, MBA Preferred, CPA desired
7-10 years leading PE port co finance
Successful buy & build playbook
