Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the company to new heights, driving commercial success, and ensuring the technology continues to innovate and meet the evolving needs of their customers. Your expertise will help optimize operations, enhance sales strategies, and solidify their position as a market leader. The CEO’s strategic vision and execution will revolutionize this space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Vision: Serve as the driving force behind the company’s growth and success, leveraging your commercial expertise and technical product knowledge to lead our team and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead the company’s growth trajectory from its current state to achieving $100M in revenue.
  • Market Expansion: Implement and oversee US sales activation strategies to expand our market presence.
  • Profitability Management: Ensure pricing discipline to maximize profitability while maintaining a competitive market position.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and refine our account management model to enhance customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize organizational and operational models to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage CAPEX to ensure effective allocation of resources and investments.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A relevant Bachelor’s degree and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling a high-growth company from $30M to $100M in revenue.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong commercial focus and experience in technical product-oriented companies.
  • Leadership Experience: Successful history of leading teams through significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strategic Acumen: Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Sales and Pricing Expertise: Deep understanding of sales activation, pricing strategies, and account management.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with industrial goods, B2B technical products, enterprise SaaS, or IoT.
  • High-Growth Environment: Proven experience in high-growth environments.
  • US Market Activation: Experience with US market activation and commercial growth.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading a company with 60-100 employees.
