Create and execute menus: Breakfast, Lunch, Catering, Special Events, Concessions: modify based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability
Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line purchasing, cost control and catering systems
Hiring employees, staff development, manage work schedules and labor costs
Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and clientMay assist with special corporate projects or events
Qualifications
May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association
5+ years' experience in a similar culinary management position in Retail, Education, Business Dining, Sports Arena, or Hotel industry
Solid knowledge with Microsoft Office
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a fast- paced environment, high volume service and enjoy daily customer contact
Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule
