Pay: - Pay varies by location

Responsibilities

Create and execute menus: Breakfast, Lunch, Catering, Special Events, Concessions: modify based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability

Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line purchasing, cost control and catering systems

Hiring employees, staff development, manage work schedules and labor costs

Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and clientMay assist with special corporate projects or events

Qualifications

May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar culinary management position in Retail, Education, Business Dining, Sports Arena, or Hotel industry
  • Solid knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a fast- paced environment, high volume service and enjoy daily customer contact
  • Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule
