Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring a full time Certified Dietary Manager (CDM). The purpose of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is to ensure accurate, timely food service to meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner Valencia Health and Rehabilitation is a 249-bed Skilled Nursing facility, located in the heart of Lakeland that specializes in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and memory care services. CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER (CDM) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful Completion of Certified Dietary Manager Credentialing Exam Required
• 2 + Years Experience in Food Service Management Preferred
