Leora is currently recruiting a Case Manager for our Columbus location, a Premier, Newly Renovated Outpatient facility in Clintonville Ohio.
Required Credentials: CDCA and QBHS
The Case Manager fulfills client care by working to identify and address the needs and concerns of clients who are dependent upon alcohol/drugs.
Leora’s Mission is to provide an intensive and immersive journey for sustained recovery and mental health delivered in an outpatient setting and offering a full array of treatment options.
As Case Manager at Leora, you will have the opportunity to provide services to assist the client in the treatment process that include:
Assessment
Crisis intervention
Treatment planning
Group sessions
Individual sessions

Job Requirements
License/Education/Certification: current CDCA and QBHS licensure
One year of experience in group counseling
Experience working with substance use disorders
