As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for working on a variety of construction projects, including framing, installing fixtures, and completing finishing work.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
Select and evaluate materials for suitability
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and other building materials
Build and install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using various tools and equipment
Install cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures
Finish surfaces by sanding, staining, varnishing, or painting as needed
Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all phases of the construction project
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a construction or related field
Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license may be required
