- Initial Phone Screening: We start with a casual conversation to discuss the basic details of the position and to introduce you to our company culture. During this call, we'll also explain our interview process and answer any questions you may have
- In-Person Interview with HR Manager: You'll have the opportunity to meet with our HR Manager to further discuss the position, your qualifications, and how you align with our company values
- Background Check and Drug Test: To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients, we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process
- Working Interview:
Part B: Day 3-Day 5: In the second phase, you'll engage in on-the-job training specific to the position you're applying for. For example, if you're interviewing for a Sales Support Specialist role, your duties may include:
- Answering phones and recording messages
- Receiving incoming calls from potential customers and documenting information in our CRM software
- Facilitating communication within the Sales Department
- Creating and distributing marketing materials
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Full-Time Onboarding: Once you've successfully completed the working interview stage and negotiated your salary, you'll undergo our comprehensive onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan carpentry projects
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to project requirements
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other carpentry components with precision
- Construct and repair wooden structures, such as walls, floors, and roofs
- Perform framing, including layout, assembly, and installation of structural framing components
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Mentor and train apprentice carpenters as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
