Capital Markets Attorney

We are working on an opportunity with an excellent AmLaw 100 firm that it is seeking to add a capital markets attorney to either its NYC or Boston office. This firm leanly staffs all of its matters, giving associates excellent hands-on and client-facing experience. Furthermore, this firm offers an a a good lifestyle for Big Law, with an 1,850 hour billable hour target and 150 hours of pro bono. The firm also offers great flexibility into where, and how associates work with a loose 3days hybrid arrangement. This role would work on all manner of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings, IPOs, and SEC reporting.

The ideal candidate has:

· 3-6 years of experience in capital markets transactions in a peer firm

· New York or Massachusetts bar admission required
