VOYlegal, a national legal search firm, is seeking candidate development consultants to assist with outreach via phone and email to attorney candidates. This is a remote, part-time contract role with a flexible schedule. Consultants should be available to work 15 - 20 hours per week. Candidates should have a background in sales, recruiting, or customer service. Compensation is largely commission-based with no cap and potential to earn six figures.
Responsibilities:
Source potential attorney candidates by conducting cold outreach via calls and emails
Develop knowledge of the local legal market
Maintain candidate information in our proprietary database
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 3 years of sales or professional services recruiting experience
Sales skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
High energy and comfort with high volume sales work
Enthusiastic self-starter who can thrive with minimal oversight
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
