Call Center Representative
Schedule
The typical schedule for this position will be Monday – Friday, 12:30 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.
The first couple weeks of training may have a 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. schedule
Responsibilities
Call Center Representative will be following up on leads and talking to students (leads come in through chats, emails etc.) about enrollment, discussing academic goals, and being able to recommend the best products for each student (i.e. the best courses, process, etc.)
Call Center Representative will have a daily quota: 85+ calls per day (this includes outbound calls, inbound calls, chats, etc.)
Requirements
1 – 2+ years of call center and/or customer service experience required for Call Center Representative
Call Center Representative must have outbound calls/outreach experience
Associate’s degree OR some college coursework is the minimum for Call Center Representative. Bachelor’s degree preferred since our client’s business is related to higher education.
Call Center Representative should have experience using a CRM tool (This position will use Salesforce – previous experience is a plus but NOT required)
RingCentral is the phone system the Call Center Representative will use – will be trained
Call Center Representative will use Google Suite – should have familiarity with Gmail, Sheets, Meet
Personality Fit
Self-motivated to pick up the phone and make calls
Clear communication skills
Competitive spirit – will be trained and given metrics (manager does a quick meeting each day)

Good listening skills – each student is different and will have different needs, must be able to assess how to best assist each student.
