Symmetrio, a well-established and rapidly growing company in the healthcare industry, is seeking, for their client, a dynamic and experienced Business Line Director to join our team. As the Business Line Director, you will have overall responsibility for the success and growth of specific capital equipment within the company. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the business line's strategic plan and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Drive business growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales strategies
Manage the P&L and financial performance of the business line, monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and finance to ensure successful product development, production, and delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market trends and regulatory landscape
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
