Job Title: Vice President of Business Development
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to spearhead new business opportunities within the retail sector. This role offers a unique chance to work with major brands and shape our go-to-market strategy. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Retail Vertical Sales, bringing your expertise in digital and data-driven MarTech/AdTech to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Foster our entrepreneurial, creative, and client-first culture every day.
Develop and implement a strategy for expanding sales within the retail vertical.
Engage with clients at all levels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within major retail accounts.
Utilize a consultative approach to diagnose client-specific challenges and opportunities.
Manage resources to develop proposals showcasing our full range of capabilities and solutions.
Collaborate with the executive team and subject matter experts to present compelling proposals.
Exceed annual sales targets and benefit from a lucrative variable compensation plan.
Qualifications
Demonstrated integrity, strong character, and commitment to client and associate satisfaction.
At least 10 years of experience in integrated digital and data-driven MarTech/AdTech solutions.
Proven success in consultative selling, with a track record of closing business with top-tier retail companies.
Understanding of direct-to-consumer and direct-to-practitioner marketing programs.
Extensive knowledge of MarTech, Digital, Data, and Identity-Driven marketing.
Exceptional business, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with others to achieve team goals.
Passion for delivering value to clients and contributing to a fast-paced, growing organization.
