West Coast Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for California, Arizona, and Nevada. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills and possess a customer first attitude. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Heavy travel throughout Northern California, Central California is a must. Quarterly travel throughout the Southwest Region, will also be required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify steam opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand; while supporting our Distibution network.
  • Maintain existing business by frequenting distribution channels regularly.
  • Team up with End Users to provide solutions to their piping systems; while helping to expand name brand recognition and growth opportunities.
  • Provide Solutions to help customers solve their problems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; motivated self starter personality.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Understanding of best piping practices
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Ability to think on your feet; planning and strategizing, while recognizing priorities as they arise.
