The position:

As a Business Development associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to research and establish initial contact with prospect companies, setting meetings, and teleconferences for the BD team through cold calling and personalized email messages. He or she will assist the Business Development team with data collection, compilation, research, records maintenance, and other reporting. and engage them through cold outreach, establishing initial meetings for the BD team. This is a full-time position and will be remote based for someone located on the West Coast.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Researches and establishes initial contact with prospects, setting meetings, and teleconferences for the Business Development team through cold calling and personalized email messaging.
  • Qualifies inbound leads in the assigned territory, setting meetings, and teleconferences for the Business Development team as needed.
  • Performs administrative support work specific to sales and marketing departments.
  • Prepares, delivers, and executes all proposal amendments for current clients, taking all appropriate oversight from appropriate Business Development business partners holding account responsibility.
  • Actively collaborates with Business Development (BD) and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assists the department manager and other department staff by performing a variety of support duties.
  • Partners with BD and marketing team members to execute on Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics.
  • Assists with marketing, shipping marketing materials, event/booth materials, and attending the Conference in the US. particularly in regard to events and tradeshows in the region
  • Assist in preparation of client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Other duties as assigned.
