We are looking for a Business Development Director

Compensation: $147,500 - $165,000 salary plus bonus, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

This is an exciting business development opportunity on the Strategic Key Accounts - Payments pod. This role will work with some of Rokt's largest and most strategic accounts, including Fortune 50 blue-chip financial services brands. You'll be focused 50% on new net logos and 50% on unlocking additional relationships and revenue growth with existing accounts.

About The Role

  • Deliver annual new business revenue in excess of $10M USD
  • Drive net new logo acquisition
  • Expand client adoption of the product suite for all new prospects
  • Unlock additional relationships with existing accounts

Requirements

About you:

  • Ability to network with large enterprise customers - particularly within financial services or e-commerce
  • Experience in FinTech and/or MarTech preferred.
  • 8+ years of high performance with a proven track record of selling high-value solutions
  • 5+ years of marketing technology or retail sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years of pioneering a new product to market
  • Professional client-facing skills. Polished, articulate & credible when communicating with clients, and displays a full comprehension of client's business and needs
  • A true solution seller with a burning desire to uncover and understand client's problems and create the right solution in order to solve them
  • A creative and curious mind that leverages creative problem-solving skills to uncover and develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organization.
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers, and the company
  • A proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the ‘C' level as well as throughout the organization
  • Experience running large, complicated deals across multiple internal stakeholders/departments
