Business Development Coach and Trainer

This is a remote, full-time position that allows you to work between 8 AM and 5 PM EST from your home office, taking 4 client calls per day for residents in Florida, Arizona, California, Missouri, or Texas. BECOMING OUR REMOTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COACH AND TRAINER

As a remote Business Development Coach and Trainer, your day will begin with a deep dive into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. You'll start with assessing client needs and developing customized training plans to address their specific goals. Each day, you'll engage in four client calls, where you'll provide invaluable insights and strategies to help HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors improve their operations and increase their profits.

Your role doesn't stop at coaching; you'll also deliver dynamic training sessions, both virtually and in person, covering essential skills like financial proficiency, customer service, and sales techniques. You'll facilitate group discussions and simulations, creating an interactive learning environment that fosters collaboration and real-world application of concepts. By tracking client progress and adjusting strategies as needed, you'll ensure that each business you work with continues to thrive and achieve its desired outcomes!
