We are searching for a Business Development Analyst to support our outbound deal sourcing strategy.
The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging executives at leading global Technology companies that are potential investment banking mandates for Arcadia Capital. Working closely with our investment bankers, he/she will play an integral role in the success of the firm.
He/she will be responsible for the following:
Maintain ownership of Arcadia Capital's CRM
Manage coverage of thousands of global Technology companies that fit Arcadia Capital's profile
Utilize various software platforms to aggregate and analyze information
Prospect utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone, and other technology mediums to engage with executives at target companies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The right candidate is highly ambitious, competitive, and organized
A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is paramount
A high degree of self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and process-orientation is critical
Elite verbal and written communication skills are a prerequisite
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience in IB, PE/VC, consulting, business development, and/or software sales
An extremely ambitious & dynamic player who is competitive with a strong desire to achieve goals and able to work independently with limited direction
Motivated to use data and a metrics-driven approach to continuously improve processes/results
Superior written and verbal communication skills with an ability to sell
Intellectually curious with high intellectual horsepower
Strong foundation with Excel and PowerPoint required; CRM navigation/experience is desired
Outstanding academic and professional performance
BS/BA required
