Bunting is seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee and manage our ERP, CRM, websites, and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, extensive experience in application management, cloud technologies, and data integration. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless operation and integration of our business applications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
ERP and CRM Management
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and CRM systems.
Ensure systems are running efficiently and securely, with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with IT teams to manage system upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
Website Management
Oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of company websites.
Ensure websites are integrated with ERP and CRM systems for seamless data flow.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
Application Integration
Develop and manage integration strategies for ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across all integrated systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain integrations.
Product requirements gathering
Manage customization requirements related to ERP, CRM, and web hosting services.
Negotiate terms with vendors and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Monitor contract performance and manage renewals and amendments.
Team Collaboration and Training
Work closely with various departments to understand their application needs and provide solutions.
Train employees on the effective use of ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor system performance and generate regular reports for senior management.
Analyze system usage and provide insights for improvements.
Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Security and Compliance
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Skills And Qualifications
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in managing ERP, CRM, and web applications.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in ERP, CRM, application integration, database management and SQL.
Extensive experience with cloud technologies and services.
Strong background in application integration and data management.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies.
