As the Supply Chain Business Operations - Business Analyst V for devices, you will play a crucial role in advancing business objectives pertaining to Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain management by consolidating and analyzing business data, solving critical business issues, and providing meaningful business intelligence and insights for decision making throughout product life cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategic cross-functional initiatives including multi-year transformational projects, long-range planning, functional reviews, and goal setting.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and analytics teams and external vendors to build best-in-class supply chain processes and systems.
  • Support group Functional Reviews and management of team KPI (key performance indicators) data sources/dashboard.
  • Be the focal point of contact for Strategic Sourcing managers in organizing team structure, establishing team metrics, and developing common processes.
  • Build short-term analytical and operational tools and reports used in Sourcing organizations, and find ways to scale them into medium and long-term solutions.
  • Build a platform to collect and disseminate risks, opportunities, and intelligence as it relates to the supply chain.
  • Create cross-functional forums to discuss and bring the best supply chain solutions as it relate to Strategic Sourcing.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain processes and tools to measure supplier performance.
  • Digitize the inputs and provide condensed formats to sourcing managers to discuss supplier performance with suppliers.
  • Publish cost reduction metrics, lead time metrics, and quality metrics for Sourcing managers.


Minimum Qualification:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in CE, Retail, Automotive, or consumable products.
  • Demonstrated capability in analytics and scenario-based analysis.
  • Organizational and creative problem-solving experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing Excel, Tableau (and other analytics and visualization tools).
  • Demonstrated experience in designing analytical models and dashboards for Should Costs, forecasts actual comparisons, and other supply chain parameters such as Lead Time, Spend, BOM Costs, Part-level attribute analysis, Supplier and Commercial attribute overviews, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale supply chain systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large projects spanning multiple years and multiple organizations.
  • Communication skills (whitepapers, process documentation, Wikis, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations).
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain tools such as E2OPEN, Oracle, SAP, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or advanced engineering graduate degree.
  • Experience in/knowledge of supply chain management and business operations.
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively.
  • Management Consultancy Experiences with analytical background.
  • Experience in dealing with leadership at all levels. Influencing and collaboration.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
