Job Title: Business analyst

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Creating detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Providing support during the development and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, or equivalent for data analysis and process mapping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
