What Does It Mean To Be A Bumble Honey Ambassador?

Being a Bumble Honey Ambassador gives you the unique opportunity to expand your network and gain real-world marketing and project management experience. You’ll bring Bumble into your community by planning events, creating content, distributing branded merch, partnering with local businesses, executing engaging stunts, and working with different student organizations. 


You’ll also work with Bumble HQ employees on local and national campaigns to bring awareness to the Bumble brand and mission.

  • Make the First Move™: You know your campus best, so you'll have the creative freedom to spot trends, pitch your ideas, and make them a reality. You'll identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and host events.


  • Build Community on Campus: Bring people together by creating spaces for connection –whether it’s an intimate dinner, a night out at a local bar or a partnered workout class –you will cultivate meaningful relationships and inspire others to do the same.


  • Spread Bumble’s Mission: Inspire your community to build healthy and equitable relationships in all areas of life while embodying our core values of kindness, honesty, inclusivity, accountability, and growth.



  • Make College a Bit Sweeter: Though being a Honey is a big responsibility, it’s also an opportunity to bring more fun into your life and onto campus. You will have the resources and opportunity to dream up your biggest ideas, events and content, and create the most talked about moments on campus on behalf of Bumble.


We Are Hiring 2 Positions On Campus:

  • The Events & Community Specialist will pitch & host curated Bumble events/activations throughout the year.


  • The Content Specialist will deliver social content briefs from Bumble, and capture high quality content in order to story-tell how Bumble is showing up on campus.


In addition, each role will also support:

  • Campaign Amplification Support Bumble’s campaigns & activations.
  • Brand Engagement: Amplify brand efforts & identify partnership opportunities locally.
  • Feedback & Insights: Participate in brand/product feedback sessions.
  • Brand Awareness: Receive exclusive merch to wear and gift to friends, a complimentary Bumble Premium subscription to become a product expert, and bring Bumble into the conversation authentically.

Who are we looking for?

  • First Movers: You’re ambitious in all aspects of life, unafraid to take chances and try new things, you are creative and can work autonomously while being solution oriented.


  • Community & Culture Leaders: You stay up-to-date with what’s going on in the world and on campus, and can spot opportunities to bring Bumble into the conversation. 


  • Connectors: You are a social connector, and are known for bringing people together. You know how to cultivate meaningful relationships.


  • Bumble Advocates: You are a current or past Bumble product user that can share positively about their experiences, and are interested in sharing your ideas for how Bumble can show up successfully on your campus.


Time Commitment

Bumble offers a flexible schedule with a 4-5 hour weekly time commitment. You’ll be given monthly briefs and while we expect you to complete them by their assigned deadlines, you will be able to work around your schedule.


Compensation

You will be compensated each month for completing all of your assigned responsibilities as outlined in the monthly brief and in accordance with your contract, along with Ambassador gifted merch, and additional benefits.


You’ll also be able to take on additional paid opportunities and receive bonuses for hitting specific goals, which may include gift cards, flight vouchers, festival tickets, brand trips and much more!


General Requirements

  • Actively enrolled undergraduate college student
  • Enrolled for the entire school year - Fall 2024 & Spring 2025
  • Are able to commit to the program for the entire school year.
  • Located on your college campus even if taking classes online
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally able  to work in the USA without sponsorship
