Bookkeeper

We are an owner-manager of market-rate apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans area. We are resident focused and are committed to the success of our Team by providing in-house education and training with an emphasis on career development and growth.

We currently have an opening for an experienced and ambitious Bookkeeper/Leasing Agent to join our team of Property Management professionals at our Hickory Creek apartment community in the Creeks of River Ridge. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or accounting. Join our team and #BeThe1!

Qualifications

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Collect and process rental payments; ensure balances are collected; and balance the rent roll
• Data entry of information such as deposits, forfeitures, and rental payments
• File evictions according to company policy
• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing residents
  
  

Bookkeeper Qualifications

• Previous property management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
