We are now poised for significant growth and are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Board of Directors. As we prepare for our Series A funding round, we are looking for board members who are not only passionate about our mission but also have the desire and capability to follow on in supporting the company during this pivotal phase.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic guidance and governance to the executive team.
- Leverage your industry expertise to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Assist in securing and supporting Series A funding, with a commitment to follow on in supporting the company.
- Foster and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and corporate development.
- Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in executive leadership or board roles, preferably within the logistics, technology, or retail sectors.
- Strong track record of successful investments and fund-raising initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the parcel delivery and logistics ecosystem.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to commit time and resources to actively participate in board meetings and company events.
