Billing Clerk I

SDMI is seeking a Billing Clerk I to join our team! This position is located at SDMI's Administration building at 7301 Peak Drive and is not a remote position.

A Day in the Life as an SDMI Billing Clerk:Duties include but not limited to mailing out HCFA 1500s as well as all other in-house mail, updating addresses on all returned mail utilizing the Ever View System. Answer and triage all in-coming Calls and assist patients in resolving billing discrepancies. Assist Account Manager with calls, correspondences, and explanation of benefits and Payment Plans under New Guidelines in Phreesia. Post Patient Payments taken over the phone in the Phreesia System. May perform other job related duties as necessary for the efficient operation of SDMI. May perform other job related duties as necessary for the efficient operation of SDMI. You can expect to be scheduled Mondays-Thursdays, 7:45am-4:15pm and Fridays, 7:30am-4pm. No callbacks and no weekends!

You can expect to earn a starting rate of $19 hourly
