Exciting News: Upcoming Episode of "Essential Environmental" Podcast! I'm thrilled to announce that the July 2, 2024, episode of the "Essential Environmental" podcast will feature the esteemed Gideon Kracov, a prominent Los Angeles environmental and land use attorney, and an expert mediator with ADR's Century City office. Gideon Kracov's impressive credentials include serving on the California Air Resources Board, appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom in December 2020. He's also the Governor's appointee to the South Coast Air Quality Management District Governing Board, where he plays a crucial role in improving air quality for the millions residing in Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. On July 2nd, Gideon and I will delve into pressing California policies that impact transportation, housing, and air quality. We'll also explore his vast mediation expertise, shedding light on the unique challenges of mediating environmental cases.
