Job Summary: The Bilingual HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Your role will be pivotal in promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Partner with plant leadership on HR initiatives such as employee engagement and retention efforts
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
Ability to read, write and speak effectively in Spanish
Bachelors degree
5+ years of Human Resources experience within manufacturing
