$70,000 - $80,0000/Annually and full benefits


Job Description:

  • Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits.
  • Coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage leave programs available to employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, and resources to help employees understand their benefits.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees about their benefit options, changes, and updates.
  • Organize informational sessions, workshops, and materials to promote understanding and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records, including enrollment information, coverage elections, and beneficiary designations.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track utilization, costs, and trends for management review.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing benefits programs and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide support to the HR Director with workers’ compensation as needed.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures per our Employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in benefits administration.
  • Excellent presentation skills, communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP) and Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
  • Ability to travel – 1 to 3 overnight trips during open enrollment
