Brew & Sip Coffee Bar is seeking friendly and enthusiastic baristas to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about coffee, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following standardized recipes.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Ensure consistent quality in every cup served.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of customers and staff.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Assist in training new staff as required.
