The B2B channel is a high growth, high energy environment. As a B2B Integrations Specialist at Fortis, your contributions are critical to our ongoing success.
You will be the primary resource responsible for the installation of new Fortis payment processing accounts within our rapidly growing B2B vertical. These accounts will need to be either directly installed within one of our Fortis proprietary payment plug-ins for the accounting software systems supported by Fortis, or you may be required to assist in the deployment of our Fortis payment processing accounts within a Partner’s software solution.
You will work closely with the B2B Sales and Partner Teams to coordinate these efforts with end-user merchants and to complete and document the successful installation. You will be expected to proactively communicate with internal B2B stakeholders and external Partners, working collaboratively to resolve any obstacles for a successful installation.
You will have strong leadership and operation support and established systems workflow and reporting. You will be responsible for the management and execution of established process workflows including task management, emails, chat, telephone, and call back requests to support successful installations and specialized B2B support as necessary. You will also be responsible for any required research, documentation, and communication of the above issues in an effective, timely and accurate manner.
Candidates in the Vero Beach, FL or Plano, TX areas are preferred and will be offered a hybrid work schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Take ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Conduct Demos to prospective customers to highlight key features and benefits of the payments integration
Schedule installation of Fortis payment integration software into the customer’s ERP software, managing the installation process from start to finish.
Manage the merchant installations schedule to ensure installations are completed as scheduled and within established SLAs.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal teams on ERP software and Fortis payment integration functionality.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert regarding the functionality of the Fortis payment platform and being able to communicate the functionality of the system effectively to Merchants and Partners.
Provide customer-facing technical support before, during, and after the Fortis payment integration installation process.
Take the initiative to use available resources, colleagues, and operations support to answer both basic and complex questions and solve problems for Merchants, Agents, Partners, and internal team members regarding ERP software and Fortis payment integration functionality.
Collaborate as needed with the internal sales team to schedule and conduct demos of Fortis payments functionality for potential customers.
Create training and product documentation for both internal and external audiences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School or equivalent, associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a business-related environment
Prior experience working with NetSuite software required.
