AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE LANE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

THE POSITION: We are seeking honest and dynamic individuals to help acquire vehicles out of our service lane. You will be trained in our CRM/sales approach to create a wonderful experience for our customers as you help them get connected with our sales team to make one of life’s most important decisions/purchases.
The Perks
You will be responsible for working with our existing customer data base, prospecting guests that have been in for service. The Acquisition Specialist will be evaluated based on performance standards that measure how many opportunities were converted to showroom visits and how many of those showroom visits resulted in a sale. You will utilize and/or learn both traditional and Internet-specific automotive sales processes.
As Acquisition Specialist with LaFontaine, you can expect an hourly pay rate plus commission-based compensation, as well as training and a benefits package. - Must be able to build rapport with customers.
- Must work well in a team atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic, demonstrated enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- One to three years related experience and/or training.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in customer service (No Automotive Necessary)
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

- Execute customer communications via email, telephone, and text, in line with standards and processes.
- Set dealership appointments, achieve lead-to-Dealership conversion, and sell products based on department standards.
- Enter all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into the CRM.
- Prepare reports showing appointments scheduled, customer appointments kept, and customer sales based on leads received.
- Attend regular sales meetings for both the dealership.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
