Title: Vice President, Operational Strategy

Range: 175-210K Base USD (Total compensation up to $300k MAX)

The Role:
Your scope will cover a broad range of initiatives supporting the CFO Organization - inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure each initiative has clear outcomes, and is setup (e.g. resources, methodology, governance) optimally for success. You will successfully navigate a complex environment with leadership, business partners, project teams, vendors and other stakeholders to deliver on business priorities.
Description:
Serve as the main point of contact and quarterback for initiatives involving operational efficiency for the CFO organization
Utilize knowledge of Investment Operations processes and tools in order to identify best practices and usher in change adoption
Gather requirements, documentation, and develop use cases, comprehensive process workflows / diagrams and presentations
Execute all aspects of projects assigned with follow through including developing training plans and user acceptance
Advise and present to senior executive and C-suite level stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:
10+ years of experience managing transformation initiatives for the Investment Operations, Accounting, or Technology group within an Alternative Asset Manager, Big 4 or similar financial services consulting
Previous senior management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
Experience with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.)Ability to understand upstream and downstream impact on technological and process changes
Ability to work independently, apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
Domain knowledge of Private/Public Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity a plus
Skilled communicator with an emphasis on being authentic, respectful and engaging
