Milton Academy seeks an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Director of College Counseling to add to its current team consisting of a Dean of College Counseling, three Associate Directors of College Counseling and a full-time administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a dedication to the social, emotional, and ethical well-being of our students. The Associate Director of College Counseling will help guide students through every aspect of the college search and application process.
The College Counseling Team’s guiding principle is to assist each student in finding the right academic, personal, and financial fit where they are admissible. We are in search of an individual who embodies empathy and cultural competency, capable of working with students and families from diverse racial, socioeconomic, neurodivergent, and other varied family structures.
For 2024-25, the school seeks candidates who could contribute to the broader student experience, from co-curricular to athletic to residential life programming. Residential housing for the next school year is available.
