Associate Director, Content Strategist

Job Summary
WuXi Biologics is seeking a professional Content Strategist to join our global marketing team in the USA.. This position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement across key markets.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Lead the development of compelling thought leadership content that establishes our company as a leader in the CDMO industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform content strategy and ensure a competitive edge.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of all marketing content, including white papers, case studies, webinars, blog posts, social media, email marketing, and videos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and impactful for target audiences.
- Lead the development and maintenance of content calendars, editorial guidelines, and content production workflows.
- Collect information about the different types of customer personas the business is targeting; perform research and analysis on customer thoughts, and then devise content strategies to convert new and existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize the content strategy accordingly.
- Manage and prioritize the content production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets the needs of the target audience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. A degree in bioscience is greatly preferred to critical.
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, technical marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing compelling thought leadership content for a range of channels and formats.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, regulatory guidelines, drug development processes, and industry standards.
- Proven track record in a diversified culture environment, and ability to deal with ambiguity
- English native speaker and writer.
