You’ve honed your creative talents for concepting and designing, priding yourself on your problem-solving skills and prowess for presenting. Responsibilities
Generate strategically-sound ideas that elevate the brand
Produce work for a range of online and offline mediums—TV, print, websites, flash banners, landing pages, emails, social media and mobile
Set the visual tone and mood for compelling storytelling
Stay current on existing, new and emerging digital technology
Present work internally and to clients
Manage and develop direct reports
Mentor other creatives
Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy
Coordinate resources to meet deadlines
Be a part of new business pitches
Requirements
10+ years of relevant work experience
Innovative creative vision
Portfolio of your work
Strong presentation skills
Experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to nurture, mentor and manage

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $205,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
