Associate Attorney
We are a boutique immigration law firm specializing in self-petitions. Under the direction and guidance of the Managing Attorney, the Associate Attorney manages an individual caseload consisting of mostly NIWs, some EB1A, O Visas, and E-2 Visas from start to finish. In some cases, the Associate may also be assigned PERMs and PERM-based I-140s.
The Associate must be committed to achieving excellent results for our clients through intelligent and zealous advocacy, possess an exceptional work ethic, be self-motivated, and project a positive attitude. The Associate must have excellent oral advocacy skills, thorough writing skills, and be confident in drafting for our clients. The Associate must be comfortable working collaboratively with Paralegals and Legal Assistants and providing oversight to move the case to a successful completion.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
This is a remote position; the Associate must be able to access a secluded location during the work day so that he/she can work without distraction and protect our clients’ confidential information. Laptop with the necessary software will be provided by the firm. If the Associate does not have an adequate monitor, printer, and scanner, obtaining these and reimbursement options can also be discussed. The associate must have adequate space to do the work.

The Associate Attorney must be licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and is required to practice law following the standards set forth in the ABA’s Rules of Professional Conduct and MA State Bar Association rules. All work done by the Attorney must be in support of accomplishing the advancement or completion of a client’s matter.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience.
