Our client, a mission based company in the mining industry is looking for a corporate attorney with 10-15 years of experience. Only candidates with top academic credentials. AM Law 100 law firm and sophisticated in-house experience will be considered.

- global subsidiary management (foreign entities)

- tax reorganizations (with foreign legal entities)

- inter-company services agreements/inter-company loans for transfer pricing

- Joint Ventures and “earn-Ins”

Additional experience with the following is a plus:

- vendor contracts

- IPO preparedness
