4+ years of experience working in environmental services, restaurant and/or hospitality industry in a managerial role
Experience managing 50+ employees in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills, ideally from hospitality, or restaurant industry (or something similar)
Ability to create and maintain a positive work atmosphere and team culture
Flexible schedule (occasional nights and weekend work may be required)
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality

Insight Global is looking for Assistant Manager for an entertainment dine-in theater in Orange Village, OH. The main responsibility of this person will be assist the general manager in the overall operations and management of the facility. Day to day this person will be responsible for the management of staff and the facility. This person will be communicating with staff and dealing with guest services as well as the environmental services of the restaurant portion of the theater.
