Position: Assistant Director of Golf

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Golf in overseeing all aspects of golf operations, including tee time reservations, golf shop management, tournaments, and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring an unparalleled golfing experience.
• Assist with the development and implementation of golf programs and initiatives to drive revenue and enhance the golfing experience.
• Manage golf shop inventory, including ordering merchandise, tracking sales, and maintaining displays.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure the course is in top-notch condition for play.
• Help organize and execute golf events, tournaments, and outings, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed expectations.
• Supervise and train golf staff to ensure they deliver top-quality service and adhere to club policies and procedures.
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote club events, membership, and golf packages.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a passionate golfer with a deep understanding of the game and industry trends.
• Previous experience in golf operations or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
