What You'll Do:
Develop and Manage Programs: Create, grow, and evaluate youth programming.
Collaborate: Partner with organizations to expand programming. Work closely and collaborate with other departments for programming and scheduling.
Supervise Staff: Oversee the Family Programs Coordinator and the Youth & Family Programs staff, including scheduling and timecard entry.
Ensure Safety: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and protocols to maintain compliance and ensure a safe environment.
Manage a Budget: Assist in developing and managing budgets to meet or exceed revenue projections.
Staff Recruitment & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train staff to ensure compliance and effective program delivery.
Operational Support: Manage member communication, feedback, and transactions.
Hands On Support: Actively participate in programs to assist staff and enhance programming.
Requirements:
Education: At a minimum hold an associate degree in education, social or human services, psychology, sociology or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of working with children up to age twelve (12).
Nice to Have:
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead a team to success. Ability to interpret, understand, and enforce policies and guidelines.
Communication: Exceptional customer service skills.
Supervision: Experience with employee supervision in a youth program.
