Position Information
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA , conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Experience coordinating academics and mentoring students.
Have served in some capacity in a Division I basketball program as a player or a coach.
Minimum two years experience of coaching as a full time or graduate assistant coach.
Knowledge of the academic side of coaching.
History of successful recruiting.
Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
Valid vehicle operator’s license and a driving record acceptable for coverage by the university’s insurance carrier.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Division I rules and regulations.
Master’s Degree.
