Purpose of Position Responsible for the assembly of quality products at any work station in any part of the plant at any established cycle time.
Key Responsibilities Requires the skills to read, write, and communicate effectively Requires the use of small hand tools, both powered and non-powered Requires good eye sight to be able to read instructions, select, inspect, and assemble parts as needed Must be able to work and assemble to meet established cycle times Must be able to perform minor repairs Must stock lines as needed Perform other duties as required by management WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications) Education, Skills, and Experience
High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing/production and assembly work preferred Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively Must be able to operate small hand tools Must be able to work at established cycle times Requires lifting, bending, squatting, walking, reaching above and below waist, and carrying materials WHO WE ARE (OpCo Overview) The COATS Company is a leading, global manufacturer of wheel service, alignment, and inspection equipment.
