About You
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the successful execution of our capital sales strategy. You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and your primary goal will be to achieve/ exceed identified sales targets. You will work closely with the Business Development Representatives (BDR) in your territory to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and qualify leads for further engagement. You will collaborate with the Product Development Manager (PDM) Team to understand product offerings, provide input on customer needs, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Essential Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Close capital sales opportunities
Execute the company’s marketing and sales strategy to gain new market share
Present and reinforce the company’s value proposition to differentiate R2 from competitive offerings
Continue to build pipeline and cultivate territory to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
Establish, develop, and grow long term relationships with KOLs and customers within the industry
Regular customer visitation/interactions and development of relationships through many levels of the customer’s organization
Attend regular marketing and sales meetings and strategy sessions to remain informed on internal practices and external communications
Attend and represent company at various trade association meetings and exhibits to promote our products
Report accurate forecasting (monthly/quarterly account revenue stream analysis) and expense management
Qualifications And Education Requirements
BA/BS or 5 years of capital sales experience in the MedTech industry (experience in aesthetics a plus!)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be result-oriented with multiple years of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships across the organization and marketplace
High-level of integrity
Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Salesforce
Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for no less than 8 hours a day
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Ability to view computer screen for long-durations
Ability to travel 90% domestically
