Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Aesthetics Industry

Location: Multiple States Across the USA

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Area Sales Managers to join our expanding team in multiple states.


Job Description: As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to sell advanced laser and RF devices to dermatologists and plastic surgeons. You will manage and grow an existing customer base, as well as develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other key stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate laser and RF devices, highlighting their benefits and capabilities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the aesthetics industry, specifically selling capital equipment.
  • Existing customer base of dermatologists and plastic surgeons is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of laser and RF technologies and their applications in dermatology and plastic surgery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
