We have immediate openings for experienced Architectural Interns with strong work ethics seeking to advance their careers and contribute to the exciting growth of our firm.
Qualifying candidates should have a professional degree, be enrolled in the Architectural Experience Program (AXP), and have a minimum of 2-year proficiency in REVIT on commercial, hospitality, and multi-family projects.
Responsibilities include assisting with planning and design work and in the preparation of design development documents, generating construction document drawings, and assisting with the procurement of bidding and construction administration services.
Candidates must possess excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills and must demonstrate a strong desire to excel in a fast paced, customer service oriented professional office environment. Minimum Qualifications:
· Four-Year Accredited Architectural Degree (B.Arch. or Masters Degree preferred)
· Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a professional architectural office required
· Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, Photoshop, Microsoft Office proficiency
· Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
· Client and Consultant interaction experience a plus
· Graphic design-rendering-animation background a plus
