AR/Collections Manager

One of our favorite clients is hiring an experienced B to B collections leader. The role interacts with other leaders in the organization and interacts with clients. This opportunity is highly consultative versus punitive.

Duties:

• Interact with clients to ensure payment continuity
• Make special arrangements, when necessary
• Work with leadership to mitigate potential loss
• Provide analysis of payments to Accounting and Finance
• Provide leadership to team members

Requirements:

• 5 + years of progressive collections/AR experience in a Business to Business capacity
• BS in related field
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
