The Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) Education Manager will be primarily responsible for the development and management of programs for initial and on-going education and clinical support for APPs utilizing the Company’s products.
Responsibilities:
Develop on-going APP educational curriculum to support therapy development and adoption
Develop a community of APPs to support on-going therapy development
Develop initial and on-going training programs for targeted APPs
Plan, direct, and conduct APP training programs including site identification and negotiation, proctor selection, and any/all travel needs
Assist with education of field team (sales and clinical) relative to the on-going clinical support and education of APPs
Provide effective educational presentations to customers (APP and patient) regarding the Nalu products and programs
Build strong clinical relationships with target customers and key opinion leaders
Work with sales management to identify training needs for new and existing employees and customers
Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote our products and services
Manage expenses and operate within stated company policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years successful medical device or clinical experience preferably within the neuromodulation or interventional pain fields
Demonstrated and documented success in previous roles; including successful development and management of physician and/or employee training, speaking or proctoring programs
Prior experience working with pain patients desired
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Bachelor’s degree or PA-C/RN (or related field), along with relevant work experience
Ability to communicate and motivate effectively amongst multiple teams and team members
Able and willing to travel domestically ~40%
