Job Description

We are seeking an Experience Leasing Professional for Apartment communities in Austin, Tx, and surrounding areas.

Apartment Leasing Consultant Required Skills:

  • At least 6 months of leasing experience required.
  • Familiarity with Tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
  • Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
  • Professional appearance
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision.
  • Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone
  • Bilingual is a Plus!

Apartment Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
  • Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
  • Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
  • Responsible for auditing all lease and renewal files for key controls and bonus submission to the Community manager.
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor.
