Our first-ever Birchstone Residential annual conference proved to be an extraordinary success, seamlessly uniting our remarkable team members in a vibrant celebration of their dedication and achievements. Nestled within the picturesque setting of the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, TX the event served as a dynamic hub for collaboration, learning, and recognition. Our amazing team members were treated to an array of enriching experiences! Including immersive training given by our incredible company leaders as well as riveting talks delivered by esteemed guest speakers, Joel Zeff and Alex Sheen, each offering valuable insights and inspiration. The bustling vendor expo showcased cutting-edge products and services from our event sponsors, igniting discussions and sparking innovation. Decked out in disco attire and neon colors, our team members also boogied the night away to the infectious beats of iconic tunes at the groovy 70's/80's party. It was a moment of lighthearted fun and camaraderie, reminding us that amidst our professional dedication, there's always room for a little bit of retro revelry and a whole lot of laughter. Yet, amidst the many activities, the highlight was undoubtedly the Birchstone Residential awards ceremony where exemplary individuals and teams were recognized for their invaluable contributions to our collective success. We know that none of this would have been possible without the unwavering commitment of our community team members across our portfolio.
