Position: Acquisitions Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to identify and acquire promising real estate investments.
• Sourcing properties, analyzing deals, negotiating terms, closing deals, and guaranteeing that each transaction is seamless and prosperous. 
• Communication through email, text, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings. 
• Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and opportunities.
• Analyze potential investment properties to assess their viability and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, home sellers, and other industry professionals.
• Negotiate property acquisitions to ensure favorable terms for KR Interiors.
• To thrive you must be an adept communicator, skilled at relationship-building, highly motivated, and exceptionally well-organized.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to maximize the organization's property acquisitions
• Provide weekly reports detailing sales activity

We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses exceptional customer service skills, is persuasive, confident, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications: 

• Passionate and driven individual with a keen interest in real estate investing.
• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess property value and investment potential.
• Possess a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and be driven to achieve
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with extremely strong phone skills
• Possess a cell phone to stay connected and responsive
• A passion for selling, building meaningful connections, and extremely driven to succeed
• Results / Goal orientated
• Proficient in Google docs & sheets with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
