About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist to hit the ground running in this extremely visible role. This role requires someone who is energized by a fast-paced, but collaborative culture, and who wants to be part of a highly efficient finance team.

The right candidate will have deep experience working with a full-cycle AR, cash receipts function in an enterprise SaaS company, with strong organizational skills to handle a large portfolio of invoices. This is your opportunity to become a vital part of a growing, high-octane organization. To be successful in this position, the candidate will be someone who takes pride in results, and will own the portfolio from top to bottom. The company is growing, and we need someone who will come in and immediately take the ball and run with it.

This position will report to the Controller.

What You Will Do

• Generate and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner via Salesforce and Intacct to our partners
• Be responsive to partners inbound communications and be proactive in reaching out to customers regarding any issues they may be dealing with
• Work with partners from an outbound perspective to resolve billing and collection issues via email and phone
• Be trained in all components of a full cycle AR role, from invoicing through cash applications
  
  

During the First Month:

• Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings. This role will work heavily with Sales, RevOps and the other members of the accounting team
• Gain an understanding of our invoice to cash process
• Develop an understanding about our company, customers, and product offerings
• Learn the Accounting (and related) systems including Intacct and SalesForce
  
  

Within 3 Months:

• Become a go-to member of the Accounting team
• Fully grasp the invoice to cash process
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, policies, and procedures
  
  

Within 6 Months:

• Have a deep knowledge of our company, products and accounting systems
  
  

Within 12 Months:

• Become a reliable, go-to and trusted business partner and team member
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• AA/BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Billing and Collections experience in a fast paced environment
• SaaS experience preferred
• Strong leadership experience
• ERP experience (NetSuite, Intacct, etc)
• 3+ years of SalesForce experience required
• High level of proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Highly organized, with good time management and prioritization skills, acute attention to detail, works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Adaptable, versatile, and able to work in a fast paced and adapting environment managing multiple priorities. Must be able to multitask and pivot to a new task at a moment’s notice
• Excited to work in a culture of measurability and continuous optimization

Compensation

Our national target base salary range is $41,000-51,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
